1.3 Each service is provided according to the selected plan and a signed agreement between the client and the provider.

 

2. Limitation of Liability

2.1 Services are provided based on professional experience and in-depth knowledge of Shopify.

2.2 However, no specific business results (such as increased sales or revenue) are guaranteed, as results depend on external factors beyond the provider’s control.

 

3. Purchase Process

3.1 Payment is made by credit card through the Site.

3.2 Payment does not constitute a commitment to begin the project.

3.3 A signed service agreement is required before work begins. Once signed and all materials are received, the project will commence.

 

4. Cancellations and Refunds

4.1 Cancellation is allowed within 14 days of purchase, provided the project has not started.

4.2 If canceled, a 7% processing fee will be deducted from the refund.

4.3 No refunds are given once the project has begun.

 

5. Client Responsibilities

5.1 The client is responsible for providing all necessary materials: content, images, product information, etc.

5.2 The client is solely responsible for the ownership and legality of all materials provided, including copyrights and permissions.

 

6. External Costs and Limitations

6.1 Shopify is a closed platform based on templates and may require additional third-party services.

6.2 External costs such as Shopify plans, themes, apps, transaction fees, shipping integrations, invoicing tools, and others are not included in the service and may vary by provider.

6.3 Prices do not include ongoing maintenance, SEO, newsletter integration, or marketing services unless explicitly stated.

 

7. Credits and Ownership

7.1 All intellectual property rights of the Site and its services belong to the provider.

7.2 The client agrees to include a discreet credit line at the bottom of the website indicating the service provider.

7.3 Credit removal can be arranged by prior agreement.

 

8. Privacy and Data

8.1 Personal information submitted through the Site will be handled in accordance with privacy laws and will not be shared with third parties without consent.

8.2 The Site may use tools like Google Analytics and Facebook Pixel for marketing and performance optimization purposes.

 

9. Changes to Terms

9.1 The provider reserves the right to update these Terms at any time.

9.2 The latest version will always be available on the Site and effective upon publication.
